Can I cancel my order?
It is possible to cancel an order that has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is now FREE on all orders totaling $49 or more. A shipping fee of $10 is charged for orders below $49.

Where do you ship to?
Currently shipping to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Japan, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Hong Kong, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UK, Ukraine, and USA. Please contact us if you live in a country not listed here. *Some products only ship to certain countries which are noted in the product description.

How is my order shipped?
The products are shipped via ePacket, FedEx, UPS or USPS in a plain box or envelope.

How long does it take for delivery?
Average delivery times are 2-3 business days when products are shipped from USA and 2 weeks when shipped from China.

What is shown on the shipping package?
The packaging normally displays only the delivery name and address and a return address for lost parcels.

Who is your payment processor?
All payments are processed securely through CCBill. Please visit our CCBill Checkout page for more info.

How will the charges be shown on my credit card bill?
The name listed on your bill will be CCBill.

What is your return policy?
Due to the type of products being offered, we only accept returns for damaged or defective products when notified by the customer within 48 hours of delivery.

What is your refund policy?
Refund requests are handled on a case by case basis by our payment processors Consumer Support department.
