From Jimmy Hess at VixenVR – I was recently asked about our thoughts on the Virtual Reality Porn Girlfriend and was struck by the initial porn label of said virtual companion. The question not only got me thinking but it made me take a step back and look at Vixen VR and the fast evolving world of Virtual Reality.
I am sure everyone has already seen the big players in the Porn and now VRPorn industry pumping out their versions of VR content. They are for the most part 180 degree HD videos stretched and manipulated so that you can put a Head Mounted Device on and watch any number of hot and sexy situations unfold right before your eyes. EVERYTHING is at one point or another all in your face whether you like it or not. I’m not saying it doesn’t get the job done but I would hardly call the person in the scene a Virtual Girlfriend.
There is just so much missing from these scenarios… I think we all can agree that it is a total blast to be transported into the dark hallway of a disabled Star Cruiser taking shots at space bugs only to come to a door that when opened reveals a Mega Alien Boss!
